Refund policy

If you wish to return  your merchandise, please see our policy below. 

We cannot cancel an order once its placed.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase  you can return your items for a refund, exchange or receive store credit. All requests must be received within 14 days after the date you received your order.

Final sale and clearance items can be exchanged or processed as store credit only.

Beauty products such as shampoo, conditioners etc. can be processed as store credit only.

Eyelashes are final sale, however, you will be eligible for store credit or an exchange in the case of damaged or defective products upon receipt.

Please send an email to info@emtresshair.com Include the following in your email:

• Order Number
• Your complete name and correct shipping address 

Returned items must remain un-worn an unopened in their original packaging, packaged goods should be unopened and all tags must still be attached-in other words new  condition. Please include your return form and original receipt.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please allow our team 5 business days to process your return once it is received.

When shipping  items back, please use a  reputable carrier as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
