Shipping policy

Emtress ships within the United States.

In order to simplify shipping costs, we have implemented a flat rate shipping cost of $8.99. We offer Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $70

Many of our products are shipped directly from manufacturers or our warehouses. Depending on your items purchased, multiple shipments may be required to fulfill your order at no additional cost to you.

Items will be delivered 3-10 business days after your order is processed. Shipping time will vary depending on warehouse location.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed as they are considered in process and can be in transit.

Please be sure that your shipping and contact information is correct. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Emtress is not responsible for incorrect addresses or contact information given, refused packages, unsigned packages or unclaimed packages. We have no control over mail delivery once it leaves our warehouses so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.
